Notice of Negative Information
Recent changes in federal regulation require us to notify customers that we may report information regarding their accounts to nationwide consumer reporting agencies. Please note that this does not mean that we have reported or will report negative information on these accounts – only that we may – which would be determined by the customers’ performance on the accounts relative to the terms of the agreement between them and our institution. WE MAY REPORT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT TO CREDIT BUREAUS. LATE PAYMENTS, MISSED PAYMENTS, OR OTHER DEFAULTS ON YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE REFLECTED IN YOUR CREDIT REPORT.
